Dubai Matcha Pistachio Cream

Pistachio meets matcha
Pistachio brings depth and buttery richness. Matcha adds brightness and structure. Together, they create a cream that feels luxurious — yet clean, not overly sweet.
The key is balance: let pistachio be round and smooth, and matcha be vivid but refined. A pinch of salt enhances both.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted pistachios (120 g)
2–3 tbsp honey or maple
2–3 tbsp coconut cream or heavy cream
1–2 tsp ceremonial matcha
1 tbsp warm water (to dissolve)
Pinch of salt
Few drops vanilla
Splash of rose water (very subtle)
White chocolate (for sweeter version)
The ritual steps
Process pistachios in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides as needed.
Mix matcha with warm water until smooth. This prevents green speckles.
Add honey/maple, cream, salt, and dissolved matcha to the pistachio butter. Blend again until silky and uniform.
If too thick, add 1 tsp cream at a time. If too loose, chill 20 minutes.
Transfer to a jar. Refrigerate to firm slightly. Spread, pipe, or spoon as desired.
