Matcha Collagen Glow Latte

Ceremonial Matcha Recipe

Matcha Collagen Glow Latte

A clean, silky matcha latte with collagen peptides for a “glow” ritual. Lightly sweet (optional), ultra-smooth, and made to feel nourishing — not sugary.

Silky · Clean energy · Daily glow ritual

The ritual

Smooth matcha + collagen, blended clean

Collagen peptides dissolve best when you blend them into warm liquid first — then add matcha. This order keeps the latte silky and prevents any powdery texture.

Keep sweetness minimal. Vanilla and a tiny pinch of salt make the whole drink taste richer without extra sugar.

The essentials

Ingredients & Ratio

Mix collagen into warm milk first, then add matcha. This keeps the texture silky and “glow-latte” smooth.

Matcha base

2 g ceremonial matcha (≈ 1 tsp, heaped)
60 ml water at 75–80°C

Hot, not boiling — for smooth, sweet matcha.

Glow milk

220–260 ml milk of choice
1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored)
½ tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Unflavored collagen keeps the latte clean.

Optional sweetness + finish

1–2 tsp honey/maple (optional)
Cinnamon dust (optional)
Extra foam (optional)

Keep it lightly sweet so matcha stays bright.

How to

The ritual steps

Blend collagen into warm milk first, whisk matcha smooth, then combine. Serve warm or build it over ice.

1
Whisk matcha
Sift matcha into a bowl/cup. Add 60 ml water at 75–80°C. Whisk for 15–20 seconds until silky.
2
Make glow milk
Warm milk until steaming (not boiling). Whisk in collagen, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until fully dissolved. Froth lightly if desired.
3
Combine
Pour matcha into a mug. Add glow milk slowly while stirring. Taste and add 1–2 tsp honey/maple only if needed.
4
Optional iced version
Cool the glow milk slightly, fill a glass with ice, pour in milk, then top with matcha for a layered emerald look.
Notes
Collagen taste?
Use unflavored collagen peptides and dissolve in warm milk first for the cleanest result.
Matcha bitterness?
Keep whisking water at 75–80°C. Too-hot water can make matcha taste bitter.
“Glow” finish
Add a tiny pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla for a warmer, more dessert-like aroma — without extra sugar.
